- Utilizes a FDA 510(k) Wound Care technology that expedites the wound site healing process by approximately 30%.
- Is in a gel form and applied to topical wounds and surgical incisions.
- Base product technology has been sold in the chronic wound market. Two new patents will be filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office within 4 months that will exponentially increase the efficacy of the product .
- Total historical investment into current technology entity is approximately $145 million
- Current conservative replacement of expanded entity as of 2017 is estimated between $400 to $500 million in addition to 5-6 years for FDA regulatory approval.
